I'm taking on the Route to Research virtual challenge, on behalf of Brain Tumour Research!

Along with other supporters, I've committed to covering 676 miles throughout the months of May, June and July, representing the distance between the Charity's Research Centres of Excellence, where scientists are working tirelessly to find a cure for brain tumours.

Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer yet, to date, just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this devastating disease since records began in 2002. Brain Tumour Research is determined to change this by campaigning to increase the national investment in research into brain tumours, while also fundraising to sustain the incredible research taking place in its Centres of Excellence across the UK.
